We are seeking community input on a proposed mixed-use development at 160-172 Lord Sheffield Circuit, Penrith.

The proposal seeks approval for a mixed-use development comprising 14 storeys and including 431 units.

Specifically, the proposal is anticipated to include the following key components:

• Two residential towers above a joint commercial podium with ground floor retailing
• Maximum building height of approximately 53.32m (14 storeys).
• Total GFA of approximately 46,950sqm, broken down as follows:
  • Residential: 39,694sqm, approximately 431apartments.
  • Retail: 3,647sqm (made up of both basement and ground floor retail).
  • Commercial: 3,609sqm (Level 1).
• Vehicle access to be provided via Lord Sheffield Circuit.
• Construction of 4 basement levels.
• On-site parking provided for approximately 500 vehicles.
• 3,250sqm of communal open space.
