Project overview

We are seeking feedback on a concept State Significant Development Application (SSD-95341456) for a proposed development at 7 Concord Avenue, 202 George Street, and 69-73 Victoria Avenue, Concord West (the site).

The proposal seeks to deliver additional housing, including affordable housing, in a highly accessible location close to public transport and services.

Specifically, the SSDA seeks approval for the first stage of development, anticipated to include:

  • concept proposal for seven (7) RFBs, ranging from 10-40 storeys in height overtop of podiums
  • detailed design for two of the seven towers
  • basement car parking
  • flood mitigation works
  • associated landscaping and public domain improvements, including the provision of through-site links.

Your feedback will help inform ongoing design development prior to lodgement of the planning application.

An in-person community drop in session has been scheduled for Tuesday 26th May between 3:30 - 5:30pm at Concord Memorial Haill. Please register to attend on the right.
