Construction management A Construction and Traffic Management Plan will be prepared prior to construction to carefully manage adverse construction-related impacts including noise, traffic, and air quality. The proposal intends to minimise these impacts to the surrounding area. |

Traffic Transport Management and Access Plan, as well as a Traffic Impact Assessment and Green Travel Plan will be prepared to assess and demonstrate both construction and operational traffic on the existing and future road network is acceptable. |

Parking On site parking for motor vehicles and bicycles is proposed to be located within the building in accordance with the planning controls with due design consideration applied to minimise its impacts. |

Building form The site has fronts George Street and is within the Burwood Town Centre. While key development parameters including building height, dwelling mix and non-residential uses are currently being finalised, the design will be carefully refined to respond to the surrounding built form, local character, the ambition of Burwood City Centre and the relevant State and Local planning instruments and policie. |

Access and location The proposal will provide housing and amenities in a highly accessible area. Situated within the Burwood CBD, the site benefits from close proximity to local services employment opportunities and entertainment. It is well connected to public transport, located less than 400m from Burwood Station. |

Restaurant / bar The development plans to include a publicly accessible restaurant/ bar. The bar area would be indoors and accessed via a separate street entrance to residences. Its operations will be guided by the requirements of a separate liquor licence approval
