We are seeking community input on a proposed mixed-use development at 6-10 Mount Street, Mount Druitt.

The proposal seeks approval for a mixed-use development comprising ground flood commercial spaces, basement car parking, and residential units. The proposal is anticipated to include the following key components:

• Demolition of existing structures at the site
• Construction of a mixed-use building with a four storey podium and two towers (26 storeys total)
• Integrated ground floor public domain works.

The proposal would provide a total of 926 residential units, across a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.
