The proposal seeks approval for a twin tower mixed use development with commercial/hotel* Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 2,741 square metres and a residential component with a GFA of 18,217 square metres.
Specifically, the proposal will include the following key components:
- Over 120 units, including a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed apartments
- Towers to be centred around a green spine which provides vertical communal gardens, and a through site link that run east-west between Anderson Street and the western laneway
- Retail and commercial/hotel tenancies over the first 3 levels under the North Tower and first 2 levels under the South Tower
- Associated site landscaping to create a high-amenity environment for residents and visitors
- Communal space, including a community terrace with amenities for residents such as a pool, gym, BBQ, entertainment space and sauna etc.
- 6-7 level basement with vehicle access provided via a two-way driveway, allowing basement access, minimising streetscape impact
- Active frontages to Anderson Street, Day Street, O’Brien Street, the western laneway, and through-site link.
